I was excited after having preordered my Zune device, and then after having downloaded my copy of the Zune software this morning (I had to do it on another machine due to OS detection not finding a 32-bit copy of Windows), only to see that Zune marketplace software won't install in x64. Are they sh!tting me?!?!?! Microshaft can't even come up with a god dam version of their own software for their own operating system? This almost makes me hate them more than apple! Unbelievable! Their customer care center will be hearing an earful from me tomorrow, that's for sure.

The support agent wasn't even aware of a x64 version of Windows XP. But that's okay. They're only supporting a niche product. I'm assuming that since Vista will be supported in the near future, Server 03 products will also be supported, hopefully. That being said, I love my Zune. I like it far better than the iPod I used for two years prior to this. I'm using it on a 32-bit tablet. However, apparently, there is a workaround for Zune on x64: Zune-Online article I think I'll give this a try soon enough. Enjoy!
