I decided to fone SpeedTouch Tech Help and was assured that the new x64 330 drivers would be on the speedtouch website by the end of July BUT they are not there as yet (31/07/05). I to am stuk running 32bit O/S Untill speedtouch pull there finger out and get the drivers.
